Klinedinst PC is announcing Ann-Marie Anderson as senior counsel in Phoenix.
With more than 30 years of substantive legal experience, Ms. Anderson is a welcomed addition to the Klinedinst PC team.
Ms. Anderson has served as lead counsel in complex transactional matters, litigation and regulatory matters, and represents a wide range of publicly traded, privately held, and government entities across industries such as finance, aerospace, technology, real estate, construction, and professional sports, according to a press release.
Ms. Anderson has practiced with an AmLaw100 firm, served as a law firm partner, as an Assistant Attorney General and as general counsel to privately held and publicly traded corporations in Arizona and Silicon Valley, the releases states.
Some of her past notable clients have included Chrysler Corporation, Arizona Diamondbacks, AARP, Motorola, Kmart, SOLON SE, ASM International and Freeport McMoRan Mining, among others.
In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Anderson is a recognized leader within the legal community. She speaks annually at the State Bar of Arizona Convention and other legal, technology, law school and academic organizations.
Ms. Anderson was a 4-year standout NCAA tennis player and teaching professional, and she still plays USTA events. She earned her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, where she co-founded the Journal of Gender and Law.
She holds a B.A. (Magna Cum Laude) from Albion College and remains dedicated to providing strategic legal counsel tailored to the unique needs of her clients.
