Identity Sports is hosting its inaugural golf tournament fundraiser.
This 4-man scramble will take place on Nov. 18 at the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club, 2400 Biltmore Estates Drive in Phoenix. The event aims to raise essential funds to support Identity Sports’ mission of sharing the Gospel through sport.
“The tournament is not just about playing golf; it’s about making a difference,” Zach Vogel, executive director of Identity Sports, said in a prepared statement. “Every dollar raised will go directly into our ministry, allowing us to keep our events and content free for everyone while expanding our reach and impacting even more lives with the message of Jesus Christ.”
Identity Sports, known for working with A-list athletes, is committed to providing a platform where sports and faith intersect. Their mission is to inspire millions by sharing personal stories of faith from top athletes.
The organization hosts live events, including “Tales From The Tour” and “Tales From The Dugout,” produces digital content, and runs a popular podcast—all designed to spread the Gospel through sport.
The Identity Sports Golf Tournament is open to the public, with limited spots available for 112 golfers. Participants will not only enjoy a day of golf on a beautifully redesigned course but will also have the opportunity to engage with top athletes, including MLB pitcher Aaron Slegers, who is confirmed to play.
Participation in this tournament will directly contribute to the continuation of Identity Sports’ impactful events and content creation. Since October 2024, the organization has garnered over 4.5 million views on their digital content, sharing the Gospel globally.
The funds raised will help fuel future events and digital productions, enabling Identity Sports to reach even more people with their message.
