The Greater Phoenix Chamber Foundation’s Healthcare Collaborative has launched Healthcare Careers in Phoenix, a new website developed in partnership with Visit Phoenix.

The initiative supports a cross-organizational recruitment strategy aimed at addressing Arizona’s healthcare workforce shortage and is the first of its kind in the U.S.

The platform, available at healthcarecareersphx.com, is designed to attract health care professionals from across the country, according to a press release.

Targeted campaigns will highlight career opportunities, growth prospects, quality of life and relocation resources in Phoenix.

“At the Greater Phoenix Chamber Foundation, we are steadfast in our commitment to fostering innovation through strategic partnerships and implementing employer-driven workforce development solutions,” said Jennifer Mellor, chief innovation officer at the Greater Phoenix Chamber Foundation. “It is through collaboration and forward-thinking initiatives that we drive meaningful impact across the Greater Phoenix region and beyond,” Ms. Mellor said.

The Healthcare Careers in Phoenix microsite is a collaborative effort between six major health care organizations — Banner Health, CommonSpirit Health, HonorHealth, Phoenix Children’s, Sonora Quest Laboratories and Valleywise Health — in partnership with Visit Phoenix. The impact will be measured through click-throughs to employer websites and other data-driven results to refine recruitment strategies.

“We’re thrilled to launch this initiative that promotes health care careers beyond Arizona’s borders,” said De Anne Russell, system vice president of talent acquisition at CommonSpirit and chair of the Healthcare Workforce Collaborative. “By working together, we are expanding access to talent that will sustain Arizona’s health care system for years to come.”

“This launch is a testament to what’s possible when health care leaders work together around a shared commitment to community,” said Zachary Sullivan, director of talent acquisition and compensation at HonorHealth and chair of Healthcare Careers in Phoenix. “By expanding access to career pathways, we’re not just filling roles — we’re investing in people, strengthening families and building a more resilient future for Arizona,” Mr. Sullivan said.

The Healthcare Workforce Collaborative has been recognized by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce for its innovative approach. The effort includes a dedicated website, targeted media campaigns and centralized resources to enhance the candidate experience.

“We’re honored to partner with the Greater Phoenix Chamber Foundation’s healthcare collaborative on the launch of Healthcare Careers in Phoenix,” said Ron Price, president and CEO of Visit Phoenix. “This website will help attract top healthcare talent and further position Phoenix as a leader in healthcare and technology.”
