Gilbane Building has named Ryan Young business leader for Arizona, bringing 20 years of commercial construction experience in Arizona and the Southwest to the role.
Mr. Young will lead Gilbane’s Arizona operations, overseeing project delivery, team development and client and partner relationships. His appointment supports the company’s continued growth in the state, according to a press release.
“Ryan’s depth of experience across Arizona, combined with his operational leadership and commitment to developing people, will be a tremendous asset to Gilbane,” said Ryan Heeter, vice president and West division leader for Gilbane. “He understands what it takes to bring teams together, strengthen execution, and build lasting relationships with clients and partners. We are excited to welcome Ryan to Gilbane and look forward to the leadership he will bring to our Arizona business.”
Mr. Young has experience in operational leadership, risk management, project delivery and team development across higher education, life sciences, health care, corporate office, mission critical and advanced technology markets.
His project experience includes work with Arizona State University, the University of Arizona, Northern Arizona University, Plaza Companies, Capstone Development Partners, eBay, APS, Pima County and Vanguard Healthcare.
