Frank Aazami, one of Arizona’s most recognized luxury real estate professionals, has joined Compass.
Mr. Aazami, formerly with Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty, brings nearly two decades of experience and a reputation for excellence in high-end real estate.
Several colleagues from his Private Client Group are also making the move to Compass, including Mr. Dinesh Wilson, Mr. Fletcher Wilcox and Ms. Zoya Pedenko. The Private Client Group has consistently achieved more than $100 million in annual sales, according to BrokerMetrics.

Known for leveraging tech-enabled solutions to streamline the sales process and maximize returns—especially for high-value properties— Mr. Aazami says he sees Compass as the ideal platform to expand his reach and impact.

Mr. Aazami’s career began in entrepreneurship, owning a chain of restaurants in Philadelphia and working in radio before transitioning into real estate. He relocated to Arizona in 2007 during the housing crisis and quickly became a trusted advisor for clients navigating economic uncertainty.
He will continue serving on the advisory board for Sotheby’s Concierge Auctions and remains active in community causes, including anti-bullying initiatives and advocacy for individuals with visual impairments. He also supports The Be Kind People Project and the Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS’ Member Relief Fund.
