Jennifer Kaplan, president and CEO of Evolve PR & Marketing, has been named a 2026 PRNEWS People of the Year honoree, marking the second consecutive year she has received the national recognition.
Ms. Kaplan was recognized in the PR Entrepreneurs & Founders category, which honors communications professionals who have built successful careers through entrepreneurship and innovation, according to a press release.
Ms. Kaplan will be recognized during the PRNEWS Platinum Awards Gala on Tuesday, Oct. 6, in New York City, where communications professionals from across the country will be honored for leadership, innovation and industry achievements.
“To be recognized for the entrepreneurial spirit that has shaped Evolve from the very beginning is an incredible honor,” Evolve PR & Marketing President and CEO Jennifer Kaplan said. “What we’ve built over nearly 16 years is a reflection of an extraordinary team, clients who continue to place their trust in us and a shared commitment to raising the bar for what great PR can accomplish.”
Ms. Kaplan founded Evolve PR & Marketing in 2010. Since then, the firm has grown from a startup agency into what it describes as Arizona’s largest public relations firm, with a team of 30 employees and more than 150 clients nationwide, according to a press release.
The agency serves clients across multiple industries and has built its business around public relations, strategic communications and brand storytelling.
