Compass expands luxury real estate presence brokerage in Arizona

The Compass real estate brand is announcing the acquisition of North & Co. representatives there say cements its claim as the No. 1 luxury real estate brand in Arizona.
Compass representatives tell the Digital Free Press this latest move comes just 18 months after entering the Arizona market with the acquisition of Launch Real Estate.
“This is an exciting moment for Compass and Arizona,” said Compass Founder & CEO Robert Reffkin. “Consumers in the state will have access to what they know and love locally while gaining access to a national network of top real estate agents, together, as part of the largest brokerage in the United States by volume.”
With the addition of North & Co, Compass will have more than 450 producing agents and an expanded presence in key Arizona markets, from Flagstaff and Prescott to Arcadia, central Phoenix and the greater southeast Valley.
North & Co. Founder Brian North and the North & Co. executive team will continue to lead their teams locally.

The strategic growth enables agents to tap into wider networks of clients and homebuyers, broadening access to luxury and mid-range markets and properties. Compass will establish new office locations in Chandler and Flagstaff in 2025.
