Camelot Homes brings new luxury community to Phoenix market

Camelot Homes is opening a14-home private gated Willow luxury community, found along 15th Avenue just south of Northern Avenue in north central Phoenix. The community grand opening event is from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 3.
The public is invited to tour the newly completed model home, explore the community, and enjoy wood-fired pizza from Il Bosco. Following the grand opening, the Willow model home will be open Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Wednesdays and Sundays from noon to 5 p.m.
The new Willow community offers quarter-acre lots and single-level floor plans ranging from 3,100-4,100 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 3.5-5.5 baths, according to a press release.
Pricing starts around $1.5 million. Nine of the Willow homes have been sold, with five opportunities left to buy, including a quick move-in option and the model home, the release states.
The community’s ranch style homes and tree-lined streets reflect historical elements while embracing contemporary styling. Homeowners can enjoy the quiet of Willow with easy access to the shops, restaurants, recreational opportunities on the Grand Canal, and sports and entertainment venues of both uptown Phoenix and downtown Phoenix.
