Camelot Homes is inviting the community to the grand opening of the new model home at its Shadow Ridge community, which is found at the southwest corner of 128th Street and Alameda Road in Scottsdale.
The grand opening event is from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, March 23, as guests are asked to RSVP with number of attendees to jonneab@camelothomes.com.
The gated Shadow Ridge community offers half-acre homesites and 4,190-6,444 square-foot homes with 4-6 bedrooms and 4.5 – 6.5 baths, according to a press release.
Homes are priced from $2.75 million. The community features the award-winning floor plans that have been so popular at the Camelot Homes White Horse and Bronco communities, representatives of the brand say.
Boasting spacious lots sized up to an acre and bright, contemporary design with timeless indoor-outdoor appeal, each of the plans can be explored online through 360-degree tours, and video tours HERE.
“Shadow Ridge is the ultimate Scottsdale sanctuary,” says Camelot Homes Managing Partner and Co-owner Julie Hancock. “While this community feels like you’ve escaped to a luxurious private oasis in the desert, it’s all just minutes from Scottsdale’s best dining and shopping destinations.”
Across three generations and for over 50 years, the Hancock family has provided the kind of personal consideration, attention to detail and luxurious, expert craftsmanship that distinguishes homes built by Camelot Homes.
