Camelot Homes has formed strategic partnership at Guided Home Design.
The collaboration, Camelot Homes representatives say, marks a significant milestone as Guided Home Design will now exclusively manage interior design for the family-owned luxury homebuilder.
A dedicated team of designers will work with Camelot home buyers on design strategy and selections for their new Camelot home. Guided Home Design will also be the in-house designer option for Cameron Custom, the custom home build and renovation division of Camelot Homes. The public is invited to a launch event at the Camelot Design Studio on Wednesday, Sept. 25.
The partnership was spearheaded by Camelot Homes Managing Partner Trent Hancock, who collaborated with CEO/Design Director of Guided Home Design, Kristen Hancock (no relation), on a new streamlined process that would elevate the design experience for Camelot customers and deliver fresh, customized interiors that match each homeowner’s aesthetic.
“We are very selective when it comes to our partnerships,” Mr. Hancock said, “and after working together on a few projects with Guided Home Design to test and refine the process, it’s clear Kristen and her team will ensure that our buyers enjoy an efficient, effective journey that results in the creation of their customized, beautiful home.”
Scottsdale-based Guided Home Design, which has been in business for 18 years, is renowned for its visionary approach, creating bespoke designs that reflect the unique lifestyles and preferences of modern homeowners.
“Our goal is to make the home design process enjoyable and fulfilling for every buyer,” says Ms. Hancock. “With our comprehensive approach, we guide clients through each step, from initial concepts to final selections, making sure their new home is a true reflection of their individual style and preferences.”
