The Arcadian, a townhome community at 4220 N. 32nd St. in Phoenix, has launched Phase Two of sales following the sellout of its initial offering.
Phase Two will release 14 additional homes within the 40‑unit community, with pricing ranging from $548,000 to the low $900,000s, according to a press release.
Sales are being exclusively managed by the Phil Tibi Group with Compass.
The community is being developed by Geneva Holdings, which has previously completed luxury residential projects in the Arizona Biltmore Estates, including Two Biltmore Estates and The Fairway Lodge at the Biltmore. Geneva Holdings partnered with Scottsdale‑based Moderna Architects on the design of the Arcadian townhomes.
The Arcadian began pre‑sales in 2023 and is located near 32nd Street north of Indian School Road, between the Arcadia and Biltmore areas. The development offers three floor plans ranging from 1,406 to 1,923 square feet, with two to four bedrooms, three to four bathrooms and two‑car garages.
All floor plans include three levels. The largest plan, the Acacia, includes a fourth level with a rooftop deck.
“The response to The Arcadian has been strong, with our buyers being drawn to the location, the thoughtful design, and the lifestyle,” said Taylor Robinson, project manager for the Arcadian. “While we’re just now kicking off sales for our second phase, we’ve already closed escrow on three of the units.”
As a limited‑time incentive, buyers who purchase a townhome by Memorial Day will receive a one‑year membership to Camelback Village Health Club, located nearby.
