Citywide Commercial Real Estate has hired Troy Giammarco as executive vice president, expanding the firm’s investment sales and commercial brokerage platform in Arizona and other markets.
Mr. Giammarco will focus on investment sales, office and medical office transactions, flex development projects, landlord representation and tenant representation. His experience spans industrial, land, office, retail and flex properties.
Mr. Giammarco brings more than 35 years of commercial real estate experience, having served as a developer, principal owner, asset manager, property manager and commercial real estate adviser. His background provides experience across multiple stages of the real estate lifecycle.
A specialist in the office sector, Mr. Giammarco has represented institutional investors, private owners, domestic and international banks, foreign governments, partnerships, trusts, syndications and tenants ranging from local businesses to international companies.
The hiring expands Citywide Commercial Real Estate’s investment sales, office brokerage and advisory capabilities, according to a press release.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Giammarco’s work has extended into telecommunications, data centers and technology-related real estate. As a founding member of Insignia/ESG’s National Telecom Team, he participated in colocation and telecommunications deployment projects nationwide and later worked on the conversion of some facilities for data center and technology-related uses.
Mr. Giammarco also has advised foreign governments on ambassadorial office requirements throughout the United States and assisted private investors with asset repositioning strategies.

Mr. Giammarco began his commercial real estate career with a development firm in New York City and has since worked with clients throughout metro Phoenix and across the country. Over his career, he has completed transactions totaling more than 15 million square feet in more than 40 cities across more than 20 states.
Before joining Citywide Commercial Real Estate, Mr. Giammarco spent more than a decade with NAI Horizon. He also held brokerage positions with Colliers, CBRE/Insignia ESG and Newmark Knight Frank.
