Cushman & Wakefield announced the firm represented Cica-Huntek Chemical Technology USA Corp. in the $8.06 million purchase of 1654 W. Knudsen Drive in Phoenix from AWDVI LLC.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Michael Kitlica and John Pompay represented the buyer in the transaction, according to a press release.
The site includes a 25,880-square-foot freestanding industrial building on 1.5 acres. The property offers a layout suited for manufacturing, assembly and distribution operations, with access to major transportation routes and proximity to semiconductor and advanced manufacturing users in north Phoenix.
“This transaction reflects the continued momentum we’re seeing in the semiconductor supply chain across the Phoenix market,” Mr. Pompay said. “Cica-Huntek’s decision to invest in this location underscores the long-term demand driven by TSMC and its network of suppliers.”
Cica-Huntek, a vendor supporting TSMC, acquired the property to expand its U.S. operations and support customers in the semiconductor sector. The site is near TSMC fabrication facilities, which may support logistics and operations.
“We’re proud to support Cica-Huntek as they establish a stronger footprint in the region,” Mr. Kitlica said. “The North Phoenix submarket continues to emerge as a strategic industrial corridor, particularly for advanced manufacturing and technology users.”
