Good Living Greens of Fountain Hills is announcing its public grand reopening on Monday, Oct. 6 after a relocation and expansion.

The move nearly triples the store’s footprint from 1,300 to almost 3,000 square feet and marks a new chapter in its mission to nourish the community and support Arizona’s local food economy, according to a press release.

The new storefront is at 16845 E. Avenue of the Fountains, the release states.

“Good Living Greens started in our own garden and in just a few short years, our neighbors have helped us turn it into a thriving resource for clean, local and healthy food.” said Jill Keefe, co-owner. “The community has truly embraced us, so we knew it was time to take our vision to the next level. We are thrilled to open in a larger location and add a variety of delicious, healthy options to our weekly, rotating menu.”

The new location will be staffed with an additional three employees and will operate longer hours, opening daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. from Monday to Saturday, and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sundays. Other additions guests can expect are new grab-and-go breakfast items like egg bites, vegan muffins, and yogurt parfaits; weekly vendor showcases featuring local farms and health-focused businesses; “Hot Food Wednesdays” with fresh, ready-to-eat meals served on site and more.

Good Living Greens began when its founders started growing microgreens at home to boost their health. What began as a small home project quickly gained traction as neighbors asked to buy the greens, and interest surged during the coronavirus pandemic.

This led the Keefes to expand into juices and whole-food meals, eventually opening a brick-and-mortar store to meet growing demand. The business now partners with over 30 local vendors and continues to evolve as a community-driven platform for clean, local food.
