Greystar is noting the company has closed on the land and initiated construction for Album Surprise, which is meant to be a senior community at 16431 N. Parkview Place in Surprise.
“We created Album Surprise so active adults can live a unique, connected, expressive life here in the growing Surprise community,” said Billy Cundiff, Greystar managing director for development. “Residents will find a home alongside some of the area’s most convenient amenities and exciting entertainment attractions, making it the ideal location for easy living.”
The 4.1-acre community features 161 spacious apartment homes, with one- and two-bedroom floor plans up to 1,325 sq. ft.
Inside, each residence boasts a sleek, modern design, featuring full tile backsplashes, quartz countertops, dedicated dining areas, glass showers and convenient front-load washers and dryers. Select apartments offer stunning views of the pool courtyard or overlook Surprise Stadium, the Spring Training home of the Texas Rangers and Kansas City Royals.
