Mesquite Fresh Street Mex continues growth of brand across Valley of the Sun

Mesquite Fresh Street Mex is hosting a Dec. 7 grand opening celebration to mark the opening of the location found at 445 N. 99th Ave. in Tolleson.
This fiesta is open to the public and will feature activities like a DJ (from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m.), one free taco to customers who visit (no purchase necessary), and giveaways for Mesquite-branded hats, shirts and accessories while supplies last.
“We heard the call of our West Valley supporters, and we’re thrilled to now serve guests closer to home and integrate within the community,” said Ahmad Alatrash, co-founder of Mesquite Fresh Street Mex.
Construction on the Tolleson location began in November 2023 as part of Mesquite’s ongoing efforts to expand their authentic street food offerings into West Valley communities. The dine-in Tolleson location will feature amenities such as a covered outdoor patio, drive-thru and take-out window for customers on the go.
Alatrash and his brother, Ahmad, founded Mesquite Fresh Street Mex in 2016 as a walk-up taco stand located in Old Town Scottsdale’s entertainment district.
