Jordan Rose, Jennifer Schuitemaker and Markus Ford serve as ambassadors

On Monday, Dec. 4, the Arizona Costume Institute is hosting its annual Holiday Luncheon, the Valley’s most anticipated fashion fundraising event of the year that raises vital support for fashion-design exhibitions, education programs, and acquisitions at Phoenix Art Museum.
This year’s event will feature designer Jonathan Simkhai and celebrate the philanthropic efforts and achievements of Honorary Chair Eileen Yeung.
Jordan Rose of the Rose Law Group, Jennifer Schuitemaker and Chef Markus Ford have also been named the first ACI Holiday Luncheon Ambassadors.
In their roles, Ms. Rose, Ms. Schuitemaker and Mr. Ford assist with fundraising efforts and spread awareness of ACI, the Holiday Luncheon, and the fashion-design program at Phoenix Art Museum.

Arizona Costume Institute Holiday Luncheon Honorary Chair Eileen Yeung
Eileen Yeung is a Phoenix native, a graduate of the University of Arizona, and a longtime supporter of Phoenix Art Museum.
Ms. Yeung served on the Board of Trustees of Phoenix Art Museum from 1996–2011 and was also active in the Museum’s Circles of Support program during that time period.
From 2013–2018, she was a member of the Museum’s Asian Arts Council, during which time she served as both president of the support group and co-chair of its gala. Ms. Yeung has supported Arizona Costume Institute and attended its annual Holiday Luncheon since 2010, also serving on a number of advisory committees.
In addition to her support of PhxArt, Ms. Yeung has served on committees supporting TGen’s Runway for Research and the American Heart Association’s Heart Ball. She has also served on the boards of the Maricopa County Auxiliary, Arizona State Medical Auxiliary, American Medical Association Auxiliary, and the Junior League of Phoenix.
Ms. Yeung is married to her husband, Tony, a world-renowned spine surgeon who developed the FDA-approved Yeung Endoscopic Spine System.
Together, they funded the Anthony T. and Eileen K. Yeung Endoscopic Spine Center at the University of New Mexico, Tony’s alma mater, through a $2.5 million grant. Ms. Yeung and her husband have two children, both of whom are physicians. They also have five grandchildren.

Ms. Rose is co-founder and principal of Rose Law Group, the largest woman-owned law firm in Arizona history, the first full-service law firm on the metaverse for metaverse-based businesses, and the first law firm in the world to employ blockchain developers, coders, and 3D architects to work with lawyers to take a Web3 from legal due diligence through to design and construction.

Ms. Rose serves on the boards of YPO Arizona Gold, the Phoenix Country Day School, and the Barrow’s Neurological Foundation, among others. She is also president of the Pinal Partnership Board, a member of CEO and International
Woman’s Forum, and a mentor for the Urban Land Institute Young Leadership program.

Ms. Schuitemaker is owner and co-founder of Arteflame USA and a published author. Ms. Schuitemaker serves on the Board of Directors of Arizona Costume Institute, the fashion-design support group of Phoenix Art Museum, and has served on the ACI Holiday Luncheon committee for two years.
Ms. Schuitemaker is a member of the Museum’s Circles of Support—its premier annual-giving group—and serves on the Circles Advisory Committee.
She has served on the Founding Women’s Board at Honor Health, the TGEN Runway for Research Committee, and the Literary Society of the Southwest Author Selection Advisory Council. In 2024, she will serve as Honor Ball Chair.
Ms. Shuitemaker and her husband, Michiel, moved to the Town of Paradise Valley from Los Angeles. They are dedicated to civic and social efforts and organizations that support a more vibrant Valley community. Together, they are raising five children in a blended family.

Chef Ford is known for his uncanny ability to appeal to the senses through the fusion of taste and style with his edible creations. After high school, Mr. Ford went on to study at Le Cordon Bleu, where he began to turn his love of fine food into an art form as a professional chef. In past years, he has traveled to more than 20 countries and 40 landmark cities, and in each new place, if he is not working, he makes time to meet local chefs and watch, learn, and explore the most recent techniques and culinary trends.
Chef Markus believes in opulence, a standard that carries through from his events, to his tables, to his own personal style. This dedication to opulence allows him to transcend culinary boundaries and exceed his client’s expectations. Mr. Ford has worked for local and foreign businesspeople, political figures, celebrities, royalties, and other ultra-high-net-worth.
