Verde at Cooley Station is a recipient of this year’s Gilbert Community Excellence Awards by the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce.
“We are so honored to accept this award on behalf of the entire team at Verde,” Managing Partner Norman Brody said in a press release. “Our team has worked incredibly hard over the past few years on our vision for Verde at Cooley Station, and receiving the Visionary Award feels like a full-circle moment for us; moments like these remind us of how much we’ve been able to accomplish, for both our tenants and the city of Gilbert.”
Verde at Cooley Station is a multipurpose 23-acre development in Gilbert offering multi-tenant residential apartment homes, restaurants, health and wellness options and shops together with its central park, the release states.
Verde at Cooley Station currently offers a range of dining options meanwhile the brick-and-mortar development is also a health and wellness hot-spot complete with fitness tenants.
“Verde is a project four and a half years in the making,” Mr. Brody said. “At our core, what motivates us is our dedication to our tenants and Gilbert residents, who make up the community we love being a part of.”
Verde at Cooley Station aims to be the ultimate community and entertainment hub in Gilbert, representatives of the development tell the Digital Free Press.
