The team behind the Salt & Lime Fiesta is excited to announce a new festival – Amore Soiree – Tulum Meets the Desert: from 4 to 9 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 9 at the Scottsdale Civic Center.

Attendees will indulge in exclusive tequila tastings while immersing themselves in the electrifying sounds of Afrobeat House music by Shimza, OVEOUS and Pasta Rada.

“We’re thrilled to bring Tulum to the Valley and feature over 70 tequila brands for guests to try,” said event organizer Ramiro Bojorquez. “The upscale experience will highlight everything the gorgeous resort town has to offer.”

An exclusive tequila-tasting area will give guests a unique opportunity to learn about tequila and sample some of the best varieties available. Beer, seltzers and mixed cocktails will also be provided at the event in a beer garden. Food vendors like Santo and Los Olivos will offer tacos, tapas, and other delicious food at the event.

There will be a main stage for the music artists to recreate Tulum’s vibrant atmosphere and play electropop music. Festival attendees can browse through the merchant vendor area where companies will sell custom hats, candles and other items at the event.

As part of the Salt & Lime’s commitment to the community, a portion of the ticket proceeds will be donated to Laveen Youth Sports, a comprehensive youth sports program that provides before and after-school sports activities to children in the Laveen Elementary School District.
