The Saguaros raised over $1 million at the 2024 Niteflite Golf Tournament and Gala, which took place Nov. 15-16 at the McCormick Ranch Golf Club and the W Scottsdale.
All proceeds from the event benefit The Saguaros Children’s Charities Foundation, which provides grants to Arizona children’s charities, representatives of the philanthropic pursuit tell the Digital Free Press.
The Saguaros 2024 Niteflite Chair Tad Crother coordinated planning and operations for the large-scale, 2-day fundraiser, with the support of committee members Simon Assaf, Hunter Fadynich, Alex Lehman, David Stull, and Clayton Wolfe.
“Each year we try to top the last with our event planning, and this year’s Niteflite ‘Time Flies’ themed fundraiser was no different,” Mr. Crother said. “We sold out the golf tournament in record time, and our future-themed gala at the W Scottsdale was extremely well-supported by our sponsors and attendees, helping us cross the million-dollar fundraising mark!”
This year’s Niteflite sponsors included Associated Sign Company, EVO, POMO Pizza, Schmooze, Paul Martins, Call Her Martina, Uchi, Tequila Corrido, Breakthru Beverage, Crecent Crown Distributors, Heineken, Creo Spirits, and Roxx Vodka, among others.
The Saguaros will host its signature Olympiad spring fundraiser at Scottsdale Stadium on Friday, April 18, 2025. The organization will announce their 2025 grants to Arizona children’s charities in May.
