The Brokery Scottsdale office is officially open.
Business, community and civic leaders of Scottsdale attended the May 5 ribbon-cutting event with the Scottsdale Area Chamber of Commerce and Scottsdale Mayor David Ortega, according to a press release.
Found at 4739 N. Scottsdale Road, this is the fourth location for The Brokery.
Following welcoming remarks from Mayor Ortega, The Brokery co-founders Tucker Blalock and Oleg Bortman joined Mayor Ortega and Hannah Cole of the local chamber, along with The Brokery team to cut the ribbon and officially open the new Scottsdale office.
The Brokery closed on 2,000 square-foot space on the first level of the Safari Drive luxury condominium building last May and completely remodeled the space over the past several months.
Ronn Wadsworth, the new branch manager of the Scottsdale office, says the location was selected to help The Brokery better serve those looking to buy and sell homes in Scottsdale, and they are actively looking to expand the team with additional Scottsdale agents.
“For us, ‘relentlessly local’ is more than just a company tagline — our team has a deep understanding of the areas we serve,” Mr. Wadsworth said in a prepared statement. “The Scottsdale team is super excited to welcome the community to our new location!”
The Brokery, which has offices in Arcadia, in the Arizona Biltmore resort, north Central Phoenix, and now Scottsdale, takes a different approach than most real estate brokerages when selecting locations for new offices.
The company designs its office spaces to make clients and visitors comfortable, representatives of the brand say.
“We’re very excited to expand The Brokery into the Scottsdale office,” Mr. Bortman said. “If anyone in Scottsdale thinks they might be in the market to buy or sell a home any time soon, or you just want to see what The Brokery is all about, we invite you to stop by and say hello!”
