The Amelia, a new residential community in North Phoenix, is now open and welcoming residents.
Found about a mile from Phoenix Deer Valley Airport, the property was developed by Triumph Properties and themed around aviation pioneer Amelia Earhart, according to a press release.
The Amelia is situated just north of Loop 101 at 20350 N. Seventh Ave., near shopping centers including Desert Ridge Marketplace, The Shops at Norterra and Deer Valley Town Center. The community offers studio, one- and two-bedroom apartment homes ranging from 607 to 1,081 square feet.
The gated, garden-style property includes landscaped courtyards, outdoor grilling stations, pet-friendly areas, charging stations for electric vehicles and devices, and a U-shaped pool with fountain features and cabanas.
Indoor amenities include co-working pods, a club lounge, a 24-hour fitness center and a mailroom with Luxer One smart lockers.
“We wanted to create community spaces that support people in all areas of life, from workspaces to help people hit career goals, to an upscale fitness center that promotes a healthy lifestyle, to a clubhouse that offers opportunities for socialization,” said Mr. Blake Brewer of Triumph Properties. “The Amelia was designed for people with modern lifestyles, so they can unwind, energize and thrive.”
Each apartment features high ceilings, wood finishes, walk-in closets, contemporary colors, and high-end appliances. Kitchens include two-toned cabinets, quartz countertops, deep sinks and stainless-steel appliances.
Among the available layouts are the “Golf” and “Echo” units. Golf units are located on the perimeter of the property and feature one-bedroom floor plans with no units above or below, a personal garage, movable island and expanded counter space. Echo units include a one-bedroom layout with a den.
“The Amelia floor plans offer open-concept layouts providing versatility and efficiency,” said Ms. Xenia Higgins, community manager. “We also have a number of conference rooms and workspaces which are proving to be popular with residents.”
All residents receive smart technology packages that include cable, internet and an app-managed alarm system. Entryways throughout the property, including individual units, are keyless.
