Someburros, the Arizona-based Mexican restaurant chain founded in 1986, announced the opening of its newest West Valley location at 25700 N. Lake Pleasant Parkway in Peoria.
The restaurant is located in Lake Pleasant Towne Center at the intersection of Happy Valley Road and Lake Pleasant Parkway, near Lake Pleasant Regional Park and Scorpion Bay Marina.
The new restaurant expands Someburros’ presence in the West Valley and serves residents and visitors in the growing North Peoria area, according to a press release.
Someburros offers its Sonoran-style Mexican menu and family recipes developed by the Vasquez family.
“For 40 years, our family has been passionate about creating a place where guests can enjoy fresh, authentic food and be a part of our community,” Tim Vasquez, owner and president of Someburros, said. “We’re excited to continue growing in the West Valley and bring Someburros to an active and growing part of Arizona.”
Guests can order menu items inspired by the home cooking of family matriarch Nana Isabel Vasquez, whose Sonoran-style recipes helped establish the foundation of the restaurant brand.
