Solace at Ballpark Village offers 211-unit development near ballpark

Solace at Ballpark Village, Goodyear’s latest high-end community, is now open and accepting leasing applications.
Found at 2445 S. Estrella Parkway, Solace at Ballpark Village offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes within walking distance of Goodyear Ballpark, according to a press release.
Apartment home amenities include gourmet kitchens featuring quartz countertops and tile backsplash, full sized washers and dryers, wood-style plank flooring, built in bookshelves, private main bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, expansive 9-foot ceilings, modern pendant lighting, central air and heating, ceiling fans in living areas and bedrooms, and private patios or balconies, the release states.
Solace at Ballpark Village was developed by Jackson Dearborn Partners and will be its first completed project in Arizona.
The company selected Goodyear to launch in the state because it is one of the fastest growing cities in Arizona and the nation, has a highly desirable Opportunity Zone designation and a rapidly developing Goodyear Ballpark mixed-use area, Jackson Dearborn representatives tell the Digital Free Press.
“We are excited to be opening our first project in Arizona,” said Chris Saunders, managing partner of Jackson Dearborn Partners and owner of general contractor Sub4 Development.
“We planted a flag here with the opening of an office in Scottsdale back in 2019 and we have five projects planned behind this one. Solace at Ballpark Village will bring a differentiated elevator-served project to the Goodyear market and high-end amenities, a cutting-edge smart home technology package and design features that lean into the Goodyear Ballpark theme.”
Goodyear Ballpark, which is a quarter mile north of Solace at Ballpark Village, is the spring training home of the Cleveland Guardians and the Cincinnati Reds. In addition to spring training, Goodyear Ballpark hosts a variety of events throughout the year, including the Annual Arizona Balloon Classic and the City of Goodyear Fall Festival.
“Solace at Ballpark Village is the only new build in the immediate area offering elevator access along with smart home features which include door locks and thermostats to create convenient smart-home living,” said Ofelia Brit, community manager of Solace. “In addition, Solace at Ballpark Village and Cox have partnered to connect residents to the internet as soon as they move in through Cox Quick Connect.”
