Scramble unveils new menu featuring fresh flavors and local ingredients

Scramble, a breakfast and lunch restaurant with three Valley locations, has launched a refreshed menu featuring new dishes made with locally sourced ingredients and bold, innovative flavors.

The updated offerings include a mix of reimagined favorites and new items designed to appeal to a range of tastes—from indulgent comfort food to lighter, health-conscious options, , according to a press release.

“We’re excited to introduce these new breakfast and lunch additions to the Scramble menu,” said Don Talbot, co-owner of Scramble. “Our goal was to expand the variety of dishes available while staying true to what guests love most about Scramble: fresh ingredients, great flavor, and a welcoming experience for every kind of eater.”

Breakfast and lunch entrées:

•Brioche Boss Sandwich ($16.69): Two eggs, cherrywood bacon, smoked ham, provolone, scramble brown and tomato on a toasted brioche bun, served with hash browns

•Luxe Lox Benedict ($18.49): Smoked salmon, tomato, avocado, capers, poached eggs and hollandaise on an English muffin

•Southwest Burrito ($14.89): Spicy chorizo, cheddar, avocado, egg, jalapeño cream cheese and pico de gallo in a flour tortilla

•Cinnamon Swirl Pancakes ($13.69): Buttermilk pancakes swirled with cinnamon sugar and drizzled with cream cheese frosting

•Power Parfait ($7.49): Greek yogurt with antioxidant-rich fruit and granola

•Avocado Toast ($13.89): Avocado spread, pico de gallo, hard-boiled egg and queso fresco

Burgers and Sandwiches:

•Smoke Show Burger ($15.89): Smoked gouda, sautéed mushrooms, caramelized onion, spinach, tomato and chile mayo on a toasted brioche bun

•Baja Bacon Burger ($15.89): Cherrywood bacon, Monterey Jack, avocado spread, lettuce, pico de gallo and jalapeño cream cheese on a toasted brioche bun

Pizzas:

•White Margherita Pizza ($15.89): Ricotta white sauce, spinach, mozzarella, vine-ripe tomatoes, Parmesan and fresh basil

•Butcher’s Bianca Pizza ($15.89): Ricotta white sauce, sausage, caramelized onion, red bell pepper, salami, mozzarella and Parmesan

•Thai Chicken Pizza ($15.89): Thai peanut sauce, grilled chicken, peanuts, carrots, cabbage, mozzarella and fresh cilantro

Wraps and Salads:

•Southwest Club Wrap ($14.49): Roasted turkey, cherrywood bacon, cheddar, lettuce, tomato and chile mayo in a tomato basil tortilla
•Chicken Caesar Wrap ($14.49): Grilled chicken, romaine, Caesar dressing, crushed croutons and Parmesan in a tomato basil tortilla

•Thai Peanut Salad ($15.49): Grilled chicken, romaine and spinach, carrots, cabbage, chopped peanuts, cilantro and Thai peanut dressing

Scramble continues to partner with local farmers and vendors to source fresh ingredients. The restaurant is open from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. on weekdays and from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekends. Locations include Tempe, North Phoenix and Terminal 3 at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
