The Scottsdale Area Chamber of Commerce presents the 37th installment of the Sterling Awards, which is one of the Valley’s most coveted business awards.
The annual event, which is presented by Desert Financial Credit Union, is a celebration of innovation and excellence, as well as community stewardship, according to officials at the Scottsdale Area Chamber of Commerce.
The 2023 Sterling honorees will be revealed from 2 to 4:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 9, at the Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts, 7380 E. 2nd St. in Old Town.
This year’s finalists have demonstrated excellence in their respective fields and have gone above and beyond to make a positive impact on the community.
“The Sterling Awards are a great way to recognize those businesses that have gone above and beyond to make a positive impact on our community,” said Stephanie Miller, director of events and programs at the chamber. “We are proud to honor these businesses, both finalists and honorees, for their commitment to excellence, innovation, and community stewardship.”
Twenty-eight chamber member volunteers participated as judges in this competition.
Divided among the four Sterling categories — Micro Business, Small Business, Big Business, and Nonprofit — the judging teams score each applicant within their assigned category then visit each finalist company and interview key personnel.
A professional video featuring each finalist will be produced by Sunhaus Media and revealed at the celebration prior to announcing the honorees.
