Scottsdale Community College is hosting its annual Rock enROLLment Day from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Tuesday, June 24, offering a one-stop enrollment experience for new and returning students ahead of the fall semester.
The free event is designed to simplify the admissions and enrollment process, with walk-in services and personalized support available throughout the day, according to a press release.
Students can meet with academic advisors, explore financial aid options, finalize their class schedules, and receive one-on-one guidance to ensure they are ready for the semester, the release states.
Services available during Rock enROLLment Day include:
•Assistance starting, continuing, or completing the enrollment process
•Walk-in academic advising
•Financial aid guidance and payment planning
•Personalized support from SCC’s Student Affairs team
•Campus tours
•Free lunch from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
“Scottsdale Community College understands that students are balancing a lot,” said Dr. Eric Leshinskie, president of SCC. “Rock enROLLment Day provides an accessible, supportive environment for anyone who wants to begin or continue their higher education journey. It’s a convenient way to get questions answered, make progress, and feel confident heading into the semester.”
Students who RSVP will receive follow-up information regarding event logistics and session times. The first 75 individuals to RSVP and complete their enrollment will receive an official SCC t-shirt designed by local apparel company State Forty Eight.
