The Scottsdale Area Chamber of Commerce presents its upcoming Women in Leadership program, featuring award-winning photographer, speaker, and coach Karianne Munstedt.
The event, which is titled ‘Leading from Within: Owning Your Presence and Power,’ is taking place on Thursday, May 8, 2025, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Hilton Scottsdale Resort & Villas, 6333 N. Scottsdale Road.
“We are thrilled to have Karianne Munstedt as our featured speaker,” said Stephanie Miller, director of programs and events for the Scottsdale Chamber. “This program will provide valuable tools and inspiration for women to step into their full power and elevate their careers, and we can’t wait to share this transformative experience with our community.”
Karianne Munstedt is a nationally recognized body image photographer, speaker, and coach who empowers women to embrace their presence and confidence in leadership. Ms. Karianne is expected to share her personal journey of struggling with body image in the corporate world and how overcoming these challenges helped her step into her full potential.
Attendees will gain valuable insights into:
•How body acceptance influences leadership and success
•The impact of self-perception on professional confidence
•Strategies for embracing authenticity in leadership roles
The session will conclude with an interactive Body Acceptance Circle, a safe and empowering space for women to reflect, connect, and reclaim their confidence.
