Rose Law Group is announcing the hiring of Paige Kemper as an associate attorney in the firm’s litigation and equine practices.
Ms. Kemper joins Rose Law Group with a proven track record in state and federal courts, representing clients in complex business litigation, breach of contract disputes, commercial litigation, real property issues, products liability cases, and equine litigation.
“We are thrilled to have Paige join our team. Her comprehensive litigation experience and dedication to client advocacy align perfectly with the values and mission of Rose Law Group,” said Jordan Rose, founder and president of Rose Law Group.
Ms. Kemper is licensed to practice law in Arizona and Oklahoma as she earned her Juris Doctorate, summa cum laude, from Oklahoma City University School of Law. She was a member of and did competitions with the American Paint Horse Association for the majority of her life and went on to compete for Oklahoma State University on its equestrian team.
“My experience in the equine industry gives me a unique insight to the unanticipated problems that often arise in competitions, while owning horses, and in farming or ranching operations,” she said in a prepared statement. “I have handled cases relating to breach of various contracts, events occurring at competitions, disputes between trainers and competitors, and disputes arising from the sale and veterinary care of horses.”
