Athletes from across the country converged in Phoenix for a high-octane weekend of wheelchair football at the Ability360 facility, where six elite teams battled for supremacy in the 2025 USA Wheelchair Football League tournament.
The event showcased not only the athleticism and strategic intensity of the sport, but also the community and adaptive excellence that define the league.
Representing their cities with pride and grit, the Arizona Cardinals Wheelchair Football Team—hosted by Ability360—welcomed fierce competition from the Buffalo Bills (Greater Buffalo Adaptive Sports), Irving Outlaws (RISE Adaptive), Kansas City Smoke (Midwest Adaptive Sports), Las Vegas Raiders (Las Vegas Parks & Recreation Adaptive), and the Los Angeles Rams (Angel City Sports). Each team brought a unique blend of talent, teamwork, and tenacity, with rosters released two weeks prior to kickoff.
From explosive plays and tactical drives to moments of camaraderie and resilience, the tournament was a celebration of adaptive sport at its finest. Ability360’s state-of-the-art facility provided an inclusive and energetic backdrop for the action, reinforcing its role as a cornerstone of adaptive athletics in the southwest.
