Mike Haenel, an executive vice chair with Cushman & Wakefield in Phoenix, has been named NAIOP Arizona’s 2025 Award of Excellence recipient.
The award was presented at the Best of NAIOP awards ceremony on May 1 at the Arizona Financial Theatre.
The NAIOP Arizona Award of Excellence recognizes individuals who have made a significant and positive impact on the commercial real estate industry in Arizona over a period of at least 15 years, along with direct contributions to the chapter. The Arizona Chapter of NAIOP is among the largest of the 53 chapters, with over 1,000 individual members representing around 450 companies.

A Vice Chair and Member of one of Cushman & Wakefield’s most productive teams, Mike’s resume of projects has transformed Greater Phoenix,” said NAIOP Arizona Chair Phil Breidenbach, SIOR.
