Maje and SANDRO brings luxury retail brand to Valley of the Sun in 2024

Maje and SANDRO will open stores at Fashion Square Mall in Scottsdale on Friday, Feb. 23, which representatives of the brand say marks the inaugural entry of the luxury brand into the Scottsdale luxury retail marketplace.

“We are thrilled to be opening Sandro and Maje right in the heart of Scottsdale.” Laura Yetman, VP of retail & business development for SMCP North America, in a prepared statement.
“We have had our eye on Scottsdale Fashion Square for quite some time and finally found the perfect spaces to introduce Parisian chic to the southwest. On a personal note, having grown up in Phoenix I remember how enchanted I was my first time walking into Scottsdale Fashion Square. All these years later, I’m just as impressed with the upscale shopping destination, it truly delivers the perfect blend of sophistication, luxury and desert charm.”
The Maje boutique is 1,850 square feet and will feature ceppo flooring, custom brass and wood floor and perimeter fixturing, feature walls crafted with custom plaster finishes, louvered wood panels, and custom lighting throughout. The store will showcase women’s ready-to-wear, footwear, and accessories from the brand.
SANDRO’s new Scottsdale boutique, spanning 1,600 square feet, is set to immerse visitors in an elevated Parisian atmosphere, showcasing both women’s and men’s ready-to-wear, footwear, according to a press release.
The interior, designed with the brand’s DNA in mind, boasts large format travertine flooring, custom oxidized brass and travertine floor fixtures, sustainable wood perimeter shelving, and oversized graphic light boxes highlighting seasonal fashion promotions, all illuminated by custom lighting, creating a captivating backdrop for contemporary art.
