Scottsdale-based Rose Law Group announced attorneys — Shruti Gurudanti and Thomas Galvin — have joined the ranks of partner at the dynamic law firm.
Ms. Gurudanti and Mr. Galvin join partners Jordan Rose, Court Rich, Cameron Carter, Chris Webb, Kaine Fisher, Adam Trenk, and Logan Elia in leading the expansion of the legal enterprise.
Ms. Gurudanti, who also serves as the director of corporate transactions, focuses her practice on business and corporate transactions, including national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and capital formation transactions, according to a press release.
Originally from India, Ms. Gurudanti, licensed to practice in India, advises companies investing into and from India.
In addition to mergers and acquisitions, she also advises on “Space Law,” corporate governance issues, investments in early and later-stage companies, private equity and venture capital investments, and other complex contractual arrangements, the release states.

Mr. Galvin, who is a member of the land use, government affairs, and renewable energy practice, focuses on real estate entitlements, zoning issues, land-use planning, government relations, administrative law, and water law, the release states.
Mr. Galvin advises and represents clients in all aspects of government affairs at the local, state, and federal levels. He also advises clients on matters involving renewable energy and water policy, the release states.
At Rose Law Group, Mr. Galvin has advised a professional sports team on the successful public approval of an extended lease for a multi-purpose sports arena, in addition to:
- Represented developers and business owners in successful applications to zoning boards and city councils throughout the Valley;
- Secured variances and use permits for residential and commercial projects throughout Arizona; and
- Represented clients before the Arizona House.
