Foley Ranch Boots & BBQ, has been cooking up something special and representative say they are excited to introduce a range of delicious, and fun offerings to its food and cocktail menus.
The new items will highlight the mouthwatering barbecue Foley Ranch is known for while keeping crowd favorites on the menu.
“We’re excited to launch our updated menu, featuring fan favorites alongside all-new BBQ-inspired dishes designed to appeal to everyone,” said Chef David Cox. “At Foley Ranch, we’re all about bringing Montana hospitality to the Wild West—and it all starts with our food.”
Foley Ranch’s updated menu is now live. New food offerings include:
- Smoky Garlic Chicken Sandwich ($19) with flame-grilled chicken, sharp American cheese, applewood bacon, savory garlic aioli, and LTO
- Prime Rib French Dip ($20) with slow-smoked tender prime rib piled high on a toasted hoagie roll with creamy horseradish, and au jus
- Smoked BBQ Beef Rib ($42) which includes a 3.5-pound beef rib, rubbed and smoked for 10 hours and served with a loaded baked potato. Only available on Fridays after 12 p.m.
- Prime Rib ($42) which includes Chef David’s 12-ounce slow smoked prime rib with a loaded baked potato, au jus, and creamy horseradish
- Four-Cheese Mac & Cheese Skillet ($14) with features ditalini pasta, creamy four-cheese sauce and crushed kettle chips for the perfect crunch
- Sweet Chile Shrimp Skewers ($18) with juicy flame-grilled shrimp and vegetables, seasoned with bold spices, and brushed with sweet chili glaze
- Buffalo Chicken Salad ($18) with romaine lettuce, cheddar, tomato, red onion, crispy buffalo chicken and ranch dressing
- Mason Jar Red Velvet Cake ($10) with layers of velvety red cake and rich cream cheese frosting with whipped cream
The fun continues with new drinks and specials, including:
- Rotating selection of local draft beer
- Spicy Prickly Pear Lemonade ($13) cocktail featuring Tito’s vodka, Monin prickly pear syrup, lemon juice, lemonade, and jalapeno
- Espresso Martini ($10) with 360 vanilla vodka, Mr. Black espresso liqueur, Bailey’s Irish cream, fresh cold brew coffee and espresso beans
- Cowgirl Sunset ($10) with Roxx premium vodka, watermelon pucker, cranberry, and orange juice in a 16-ounce cowboy boot. This drink can be made into a team event with Foley Ranch’s four-person cowboy hat cocktail ($40).
- Cowboy Blues ($10) with Roxx premium vodka, blue curacao, pineapple, and sprite in a 16-ounce cowboy boot. This drink can be made into a team event with Foley Ranch’s four-person cowboy hat cocktail ($40).
- Western Son Vodka ($8 shots and $20 buckets)
- Raspberry Rodeo with Western Son raspberry vodka, peach schnapps, cranberry and orange juice
- Blue Saddle with Western Son lemon vodka, blue curacao, lemonade, and lemon juice
- Citrus Berry Breeze with Western Son blueberry vodka, triple sec simple syrup, and sour and blueberry puree
- Cactus Cooler with Western Son orange, peach schnapps, pineapple, and sprite
- Peach Sherbet with Western Son strawberry vodka, peach puree, and pineapple
- Strawberry Heatwave Mocktail ($9) with Almave zero proof tequila, jalapenos, strawberries, and sour and real strawberry puree
- Southern Belle Mocktail ($9) with Kentucky 74 zero proof whiskey, sweet peach puree, mint, and ginger beer
- Cowboy’s Candy Mocktail ($9) with Dhos zero proof vodka, cranberry, lime juice, and a splash of orange juice
