The Arizona Digital Free Press is hosting the 2024 Scottsdale mayoral debate at ‘High Noon’ Wednesday, Oct. 2, at Scottsdale City Hall, 3939 N. Drinkwater Blvd.
The event will be televised and streamed live on public access, ensuring that every Scottsdale resident has the opportunity to witness this critical discussion.

The debate will feature candidates: Lisa Borowsky and Mayor David Ortega — as both will present their visions for the city’s future and address pressing issues facing the community.
The candidates will have the opportunity to share plans for economic development, education, public safety, City Hall and other key areas of concern in a moderated debate with timed responses and retorts.

The Digital Free Press Community Conversation and 2024 Scottsdale Mayoral Debate will air every Saturday in October via the Scottsdale Video Network on Cox Cable Channel 11 at 2, 7 and 11 a.m. then at 3, 6 and 9 p.m. The mayoral debate will air first, City Hall officials say.
