Cullum Homes has sold all homes in two of its most coveted communities, marking a major milestone for the Scottsdale-based homebuilder as it celebrates 40 years of success in the industry.
The Village at Mountain Shadows, a guard-gated, award-winning 40-home community adjacent to Mountain Shadows Resort; and Paradise Reserve, a gated and guarded 46-home community bordering Phoenix Mountain Preserve have completely sold out, according to a press release.
They join The Village at Silverleaf, another sold-out community in Cullum Homes’ growing list of fully complete luxury developments, the release states.
“Our team saw serious potential in Paradise Reserve at a time when the majority of luxury homebuilders were pulling back or pulling away from this market,” said Cullum Homes co-founder Kim Cullum. “To see demand for homes in this community intensify to the point where it’s fully sold out says a lot about the quality of the product, the desirability of Paradise Valley and the trust homebuyers continue to place on the Cullum name and brand.”
While homes are no longer available in Paradise Reserve or Village at Mountain Shadows, Cullum Homes still has luxury residences for sale in several of the Phoenix metropolitan area’s other highly sought-after communities.
Available homes include 19 residences at Ascent at The Phoenician, two remaining residences at Ironwood Golf Villas and 13 homes at The Village at Seven Desert Mountain.
The company recently sold three homes in The Village at Seven Desert Mountain, showcasing strong ongoing demand for Cullum Homes’ upscale residences. In addition to these homes in its luxury neighborhoods, Cullum Homes also has several custom estate homes in various stages of design and construction outside of these communities.
