
Camelot Homes debuts luxury homes in Scottsdale’s DC Ranch

Camelot Homes is now accepting offers at The Collection and Legacy at DC Ranch in north Scottsdale.
The Collection, found at the northeast corner of 74th Street and Valley View Road in Scottsdale, is a gated community of eight homes located minutes from Old Town and Scottsdale Fashion Square. Legacy at DC Ranch is a gated community of nine homes located near 92nd Street and Union Hills Drive in Scottsdale.
The Collection includes 4,047– 4,666-square-foot luxury homes designed by award-winning architect, Bob White, according to a press release.
Homes include 3-5 bedrooms and 4-5.5 baths plus the option to add a casita or a bonus room. Pricing starts at $3,719,900, the release states.
