Camelot Homes has commenced the start of sales at the brand’s newest luxury community — Aura — found at the southeast corner of Shea Boulevard and 128th Street in Scottsdale. Aura is a private-gated community with 12 single-story homes.
The community features brand new designs from noted architect The Woodley Group, and homeowners can choose from two thoughtfully designed floor plans, according to a press release.
The Vibe, priced from $1,789,900, includes 3,034 square feet with three bedrooms, three and a half baths, and a 3-car garage. The Essence, priced from $1,799,900, includes 3,228 sq. ft. with 3-4 bedrooms, 3.5 – 4.5 baths, and a 3-car garage.
“The design of these homes is phenomenal,” says Camelot Homes Managing Director, Julie Hancock, in a prepared statement. “Dramatic great rooms open to indoor/outdoor spaces, and the sophisticated contemporary architecture is pure Camelot.”
Found along the Shea corridor near The Mayo Clinic and Basis School, Aura reflects the best in Scottsdale living, Mr. Hancock contends.
