Platinum Living Realty, an independent luxury real estate brokerage in Scottsdale, is announcing Brandy Cox has joined its team as a new agent.
“At Platinum Living Realty, our reputation and commitment to mentoring agents and providing personalized coaching to experienced professionals has attracted many to choose our growing team,” said Michelle Macklin, co-owner of Platinum Living Realty, in a prepared statement.
“We are thrilled to have Brandy join Platinum Living Realty where we, as an independent brand, are better positioned to foster our agents with their needs.”
In the last year, Platinum Living Realty has attracted 30 new agents in the fastest growing county in the nation, according to a press release.
With the Phoenix market estimated to be 30 to 90 days ahead of the rest of country, PLR’s focus on luxury homes is setting an industry standard nationally. Ms. Macklin contends migration to the Valley will continue at a strong pace through the end of the year from higher priced markets in California, Texas and New York.
At the center of the real estate brand is co-founder Jay Macklin’s proprietary 5 Pillars System, which maximizes resources, generates new leads, and helps home buyers and sellers realize their dreams.
“I thrive in environments where camaraderie and professional growth are promoted,” Ms. Cox said in the release. “Platinum Living Realty promotes that philosophy, and the owners lead by example.”
Ms. Cox puts an emphasis on her philanthropic efforts as well. She supports athletic programs in the community and actively donates to literacy and mental health programs. She also enjoys traveling, reading, restoring old furniture and renovating old homes.
