Tickets are now on sale for the 2027 Arizona Concours d’Elegance, which takes place Sunday, Jan. 24, on the lawns of Scottsdale Civic Center.
The ninth edition of the Arizona Concours will feature automobiles from around the world for car enthusiasts and attendees who appreciate engineering and design. Guests will have the opportunity to view the vehicles in a garden-party setting.
“Once again, the Concours will be an upscale lifestyle event, featuring rare and fascinating vehicles staged on the grass, with entrants and spectators, some in period costumes, strolling the lawns under the sparkling-blue Arizona sky,” Ed Winkler, co-chairman of the Arizona Concours, said.
The event will feature approximately 100 collector vehicles and automobiles that are rarely seen in public, according to a press release. The Arizona Concours is presented in partnership with Scottsdale Arts, which provides arts programming and services in Scottsdale.
Discount pricing is available for early ticket buyers through Nov. 30.
Dr. Gerd Wuestemann, president and CEO of Scottsdale Arts, said the 2027 event marks the fifth year Scottsdale Arts has partnered with the Arizona Concours team to bring the event to Old Town Scottsdale.
“We are proud of this successful partnership between a group of dedicated car aficionados and Arizona’s premier arts nonprofit on our beautiful campus,” Dr. Gerd Wuestemann, president and CEO of Scottsdale Arts, said. “Scottsdale Civic Center has proven the perfect backdrop for these artworks-on-wheels, and our friends at the Arizona Concours have been proven partners, producing a fabulous show that already ranks among the top Concours events in the nation.”
Ferrari is the honored marque for the 2027 Concours, marking the automaker’s 80th anniversary. Organizers expect several examples of the Italian racing and sports car brand to be displayed at the event.
The Concours committee has designated 16 classes for the 2027 event, spanning vehicles from the early years of motoring through the Classic and Art Deco eras, postwar sports cars and modern hypercars. A complete list of classes is available at ArizonaConcours.org/classes.
Awards will be presented in each class, along with several special honors and two Best of Show trophies — one for pre-World War II vehicles and one for postwar entries. The theme for the 2027 Concours is “The Art of Elegance at Speed.”
Special classes for 2027 will include Ferrari vehicles, endurance racing cars from events such as Le Mans, Daytona and Sebring from the late 20th century, and the Arizona Concours’ first class dedicated to Japanese vehicles built before 2005, including Japanese Domestic Market models. Organizers have not yet finalized plans for a motorcycle class.
The event also will include costume awards, with entrants and spectators encouraged to dress in period attire that complements the featured vehicles.
General admission tickets provide access to the Concours on Sunday, Jan. 24. Concours PLUS tickets also include the Saturday Seminars on Saturday, Jan. 23, and Dawn Patrol early access to the Concours on Sunday.
