Brandon B. Rafi, founder of Rafi Law Group is announcing Andrew F. (Andy) Halaby is joining the firm as its first chief legal officer.
“Andy’s arrival marks a significant milestone for Rafi Law Group,” Mr. Rafi said in a press release.

Andy will play a critical role as we actively pursue acquisitions of established personal injury firms with strong reputations, solid financials, and the potential for a smooth, successful integration into the Rafi Law Group family.”
A respected legal strategist and former Litigation Practice Chair of Greenberg Traurig’s Phoenix office, and recognized authority on evolution and innovation in the delivery of legal services, Mr. Halaby has advised attorneys, law firms, law-adjacent businesses.
Mr. Halaby has been recognized multiple times as one of the Top 50 lawyers in Arizona by Southwest Super Lawyers and one of the Top 100 lawyers in Arizona by AZ Business Magazine.

Mr. Halaby has served the legal community and the public through various appointments, including the Arizona Supreme Court’s Task Force on Lawyer Ethics and Professionalism, its Judicial Pemance Review Task Force, and the State Bar’s Ethics Advisory Group.
