Adlanto and Plaza Companies are teaming up on a new upscale development in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale.
The Goldwater Residences is a for-sale condo development found at the epicenter of arts, culture and entertainment in Old Town Scottsdale, representatives of the development tell the Digital Free Press.
Residences range from two- to three-bedroom units featuring large patios and views of Camelback Mountain, Four Peaks, and the Papago Buttes, according to a press release.
Found at the southeast corner of Goldwater Boulevard and 70th Street, The Goldwater Residences will offer around 40 two- to three-bedroom units and approximately 7,500 square feet in commercial space on the ground floor, designed to serve residents and visitors alike.
Proponents of the development contend, the Goldwater Residences will create a sense of place and community through with connectivity between the project and surrounding neighborhood.

Adlanto, headquartered in Spain, is the developer for the project with Plaza Companies serving as advisor, design and construction manager. Oriana Lehman Wood of Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty will serve as the broker for the property. The architect for The Goldwater Residences is Lightvox Studio and the general contractor is Ameris Construction.
