Abrazo Health continues to seek first-in-class health care talent

Abrazo Health is naming Nathan Worley and Greg Pearson as new executive leaders for two of its Phoenix hospitals.
Mr. Worley is president and chief administrative officer for Abrazo Arizona Heart Hospital. He is experienced in hospital operations and has held progressive senior leadership roles driving service line development, enhancing physician relations and optimizing services to meet community needs, according to a press release.
Mr. Worley previously served as group chief strategy officer for The Hospitals of Providence in El Paso, Texas, the release states.
Abrazo Arizona Heart Hospital, 1930 E. Thomas Road in Phoenix, opened in 1998 as one of the first hospitals in the U.S. dedicated to cardiovascular care and research.
Mr. Pearson is CEO at Abrazo Central Campus, 2000 W. Bethany Home Road, and has more than 20 years of hospital and healthcare leadership experience and is responsible for hospital administration and strategy, and building positive staff, physician and community relationships, the release states.
Mr. Pearson previously served as CEO at Twin County Regional Healthcare in Galax, Va., the release states.
Abrazo Central Campus is an acute care and teaching hospital. Arbrazo Health officials report it is thrombectomy-capable stroke center and home to the Abrazo Family Medicine Residency program, which has trained primary care physicians for more than 40 years.
