Jessica America has joined Rafi Law Group as an associate attorney.
Ms. America brings experience in personal injury, insurance defense, family law and bankruptcy, according to a press release.
Her practice focuses on trucking and motor carrier liability, vehicle accidents, premises liability, governmental liability and insurance bad faith. She represents injured clients in cases involving insurance companies, corporations, trucking firms and government entities.
“A fierce advocate for her clients, Ms. America is guided by compassion, respect and a strong work ethic,” the firm stated in the release. “She is committed to achieving positive results through complex problem solving and effective case strategy.”
Ms. America has been recognized by her peers and selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers Magazine as a Southwest Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2023 to 2025, according to the press release.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and government from Arizona State University and received her Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego. Outside of her legal career, Ms. America is a mother of five and enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, Andre, and their children.
