Barry’s is leveling up its Scottsdale experience by bringing its strength-focused LIFT modality to the studio. The new 17-spot space is purpose-built for Barry’s signature strength-training format and is set to complement the iconic Red Room experience that has redefined high-intensity group fitness since the brand’s launch in 1998, brand representatives tell the Digital Free Press.
LIFT is Barry’s dedicated 50-minute strength training class that emphasizes muscle development, proper form, and long-term progress.
Barry’s Scottsdale is also now offering more than just a workout. The new expansion also includes a full fuel bar, serving up pre-and post-workout shakes designed by nutritionists and made with high-quality, whole-food-based ingredients, according to a press release.
The updated menu includes partnerships with clean-label favorites like Promix, Once Upon a Coconut, Califia Farms, La Colombe, and Spread the Love, the release states.
“At Barry’s, we’re always evolving to better serve our community,” said JJ Gantt, global co-CEO of Barry’s.
“Introducing the LIFT modality to Scottsdale gives our clients a dedicated space to lift heavier, train with intention, and see results. Recovery is also a key pillar of wellness, which is why we’re also excited to introduce the Fuel Bar featuring recovery-focused superfood smoothies. We are so excited to bring an even more elevated experience to our incredible Scottsdale Fit Fam!” .
The expanded Scottsdale studio will now also feature luxe locker rooms stocked including showers, Dyson hair dryers and award-winning OUAI products, providing clients with the full Barry’s lifestyle experience from workout to wind-down.
