Camelot Homes wins ‘Builder of the Year’ award for second consecutive year at 2025 MAME Awards

The Home Builders Association of Central Arizona announced the winners of the 2025 Major Achievements in Merchandising Excellence Awards at a ceremony held on April 5, 2025, where Camelot Homes earned a total of 11 awards.

Camelot Homes’ custom home division, Cameron Custom Homes & Renovations, won Best Brochure for a Builder or Community – Print or Digital.

Stay Skyeview received honors for Best Interior Design of a Custom or Spec Home and Best Custom Home – Under 7,500 sq. ft. The Collection was awarded Best Architectural Design of a Detached Home – Over 3,750 sq. ft., Community of the Year, and Home of the Year (Production Home). The Edge at Joy Ranch earned Best Marketing Campaign – Includes Digital, Print and Social Media, while The Retreat was recognized for Best Architectural Design – Attached Community.

To top it all off, Camelot Homes also won Best Website, Best Design Studio, and the evening’s grand prize—Builder of the Year – Production Builder (up to 250 closings).

This marks the second consecutive year that Camelot Homes has been honored as Builder of the Year at the MAME Awards, according to a press release.

“It was quite a year for Camelot Homes, and we’re grateful to the Home Builders Association of Central Arizona for honoring our team’s achievements in homebuilding, design, and sales and marketing and for recognizing Camelot once again as Builder of the Year,” said Camelot Homes Managing Director Julie Hancock.

“We had some real standout homes and communities—Stay Skyeview, our luxury short-term rental property on Camelback Mountain designed by Trent Hancock and Joel Contreras, won for Best Interior Design and Best Custom Home, and our model at The Collection, a new gated eight-home community in the heart of Scottsdale, won Best Architectural Design and was named Home of the Year!”
