The Tempe Diablos hve appointed Vince Vasquez as the organization’s new president, succeeding Brad Cox, who served as president for one year. Mr. Vasquez is expected to bring a fresh vision focused on expanding the organization’s impact through increased collaboration and strengthened sponsorship opportunities with other community organizations.
Mr. Vasquez, a long-time resident of Tempe, joined Tempe Diablos Charities in 2015 and has supported several nonprofit and volunteer organizations in his prior roles within the organization. He is also the owner and founder of C2 Tactical, Tempe & Scottsdale’s premier air-conditioned indoor shooting range.
“The Tempe Diablos have a rich history of community service and impact, and it is an honor to lead such a distinguished organization,” Ms. Vasquez said. “Through deeper collaboration, we can amplify the great work the Diablos do and create even more meaningful opportunities to serve the youth and families of Tempe.”
Joining Mr. Vasquez on the executive committee are Arnold Mejia, first vice president, Todd Pearson, second vice president and Justin Rojas, secretary and treasurer.
