Author Tiffany Moore is announcing the second installment in her children’s series “The Magical Tales of Emmylou and Oliver,” which follows the fictional adventures of her pampered feline siblings, Emmylou and Oliver.
Based on her actual cats and their annual summer treks across the country in an RV, the book series shares heartfelt tales of friendship, curiosity, and compassion.
Titled “Beach Cat for a Day,” the new 32-page installment follows Emmylou and Oliver as they escape the confines of an RV and dive into a day of seaside fun. Along their journey, they encounter an adventurous herd of deer, a kind hummingbird, and a shy jellyfish, ultimately forming unexpected friendships and embracing each animal’s unique qualities. As they explore the beach with their new friends, they remind young readers that kindness and compassion can bridge any gap, no matter how different we may seem.
