6,000 acres becomes available with residential, water rights in Kingman

More than 6,000 acres of entitled land has become available for purchase in Kingman, Arizona.
Reported by Frank Aazami, principal of the Private Client Group at Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty, is a packaged land parcel at $2,000 per acre and comes with residential zoning and water rights attached.
“This expansive property, offered as a package for $13.5 million at $2,000 per acre, boasts residential zoning with proposed density, water rights, and proximity to roads and communities,” Mr. Aazami told the Arizona Digital Free Press. “The potential for diverse uses makes this offering a lucrative investment.”

In all, Mr. Aazami explains, the properties for sale are three separate land packages.
“There are 3 separate packages that bring together a collection of diverse properties each with its unique attributes and opportunities,” he said of the development ready parcels part of the municipal bounds of Kingman.
