This summer, Ling & Louie’s Asian Bar and Grill is turning up the flavor with the launch of their limited-time Summer Grill & Chill Menu, available from June 1 through July 31, 2025.
Inspired by the vibrant flavors of summer and the bold spirit of Asian cuisine, the Summer Grill & Chill Menu features a crave-worthy selection of grilled entrées and refreshing sides designed to help guests savor the season in style.
Guests can look forward to mouthwatering dishes like tender grilled ribs, refreshing Asian-style salads, and crave-worthy entrees that combine modern Asian flavors with American flair. Menu highlights include:
- Hoisin-Blackberry Ribs: Asian BBQ-style ribs glazed with sweet hoisin-blackberry sauce, served with wasabi mashed potatoes and slaw
- Korean-Style Brat: A bold bratwurst topped with quick kimchi and spicy soy mustard, served with garlic-parmesan fries
- Ling’s Wings: Specially marinated and grilled wings tossed in your choice of Spicy Korean Chili Sauce, Firecracker Sauce, or Nashville Hot Sauce
- Mango & Papaya Salad: A refreshing, tropical salad with fresh mango, papaya, jumbo shrimp, vermicelli noodles, fresh herbs, and sweet chili dressing
- Emerald Spinach Salad: Fresh spinach with strawberries, carrots, candied walnuts, bleu cheese, and raspberry dressing
